Why Buy Direct?
WHY BUY DIRECT?
Here at Kimball Pianos USA, Inc. we feel that making the decision to invest in a fine piano should not be deferred because of affordability. We are passionate about making our pianos of exceptional quality available through a non-traditional distribution channel.
Because we are located just 30 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, many of our customers have found that what they saved by buying direct here at Kimball more than covered the cost of a trip to our area to select their piano at our factory outlet, plus be able to enjoy the Chicagoland area sights and sounds with family, with significant savings leftover.
If visiting our factory outlet is not an option for you, as is the case with a significant number of our customers, using trusted review sources such as The Piano Book, brand recognition, testimonials and having your own personal tele-conference with Kimball Pianos USA, Inc. owner/founder Edward Richards or a qualified member of his team, has been a very satisfactory experience for most.
We also participate in national tradeshows in North America, from time to time, and may very well be showcasing some of our fine pianos in a city near you in the upcoming months.
Call us for further information or to arrange your personal visit to our Factory Outlet (by appointment only).
